These Terms of Service govern your use of Yalmerto and its services. By accessing and using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of our platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue your use of our services immediately. We provide leisure activities including guided old town walking tours, outdoor cinema screenings, ceramics and pottery classes, and botanical garden excursions for adults aged 40-60. Your participation in any of our activities indicates your full acceptance of these governing terms and conditions.

User Obligations and Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account information and for all activities conducted through your account. We require that all participants behave respectfully toward our staff, guides, and fellow participants during all activities. You must not engage in any disruptive, abusive, or illegal conduct. You agree to follow all safety instructions provided by our guides and staff members during tours and activities. Participants acknowledge the inherent risks associated with outdoor activities and physical engagement in workshops. We expect users to provide accurate information when registering for our activities and to notify us of any relevant health conditions or mobility limitations that may affect your participation in our workshops and excursions.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our platform, including photographs, descriptions, guides, and materials related to our leisure activities, remains the exclusive property of our organization. You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, or display any content without our prior written permission. This includes images from our botanical garden excursions, pottery class demonstrations, and outdoor cinema events. We grant you a limited license to view and use content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. You retain ownership of any content you submit to us, but grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use such content for promotional and operational purposes. Participants assume all risks associated with outdoor activities and physical engagement in pottery classes and other creative workshops. We maintain appropriate insurance and safety protocols, but our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific activity or service in question. We are not responsible for personal belongings, injuries sustained during activities, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. You acknowledge that participation in our activities involves inherent risks that you voluntarily accept.

Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause. Termination may occur if you violate these terms, engage in unlawful conduct, or demonstrate behavior that disrupts other participants’ experiences. In the event of termination, any payments for cancelled activities may be subject to our cancellation policy. We may also terminate services due to circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, unforeseen events, or safety concerns affecting our guided old town walking tours, outdoor cinema screenings, or botanical garden excursions. Upon termination, your right to use our platform and participate in our activities ceases immediately. We will provide reasonable notice of service termination whenever possible. Your obligations under these terms survive termination, including confidentiality provisions and intellectual property protections. Any dispute regarding termination may be addressed through our established communication channels.
